New Leak Unveils Additional PS5 Pro Specifications Online.
New leaks have recently surfaced, providing more details about the rumored PlayStation 5 Pro. These leaks suggest that the PS5 Pro could surpass its predecessor in various aspects. One leak indicates that the rendering speeds of the PS5 Pro could be up to 45% faster than the regular PS5, while the ray-tracing performance could be almost tripled. Additionally, the leak suggests that the PS5 Pro may have increased processing power of up to 33.5 Teraflops, potentially leading to smoother gaming experiences and more detailed graphics.
Furthermore, new leaks have emerged, shedding light on the system memory, CPU, and audio specifications of the PS5 Pro. The system memory of the PS5 Pro is said to be 28% more efficient than the standard console, with a bandwidth of 576 GB/s (18GT/s). In terms of the CPU, the PS5 Pro is expected to introduce a “High CPU Frequency Mode,” which would increase the CPU clock speed to 3.85GHz, representing a 10% increase over the standard console. However, activating this mode may result in a slight decrease in GPU performance as power is reallocated.
These leaks continue to fuel the anticipation and discussions surrounding Sony’s upcoming PlayStation 5 Pro, providing gamers with a glimpse into the potential enhancements and features of the next iteration of the PS5.
The PS5 Pro is said to have a higher clock speed for its ACV compared to the standard PlayStation 5, resulting in a 35% performance boost for the ACM library. This means it can handle more convolution reverbs and FFT or IFFT operations, potentially improving the overall audio experience. If these leaks about the PS5 Pro are accurate, it’s great news for those eagerly anticipating Sony’s next PlayStation console. However, it’s important to remember that these reports are currently unverified and official confirmation is needed before considering them as factual information.
Additionally, recent reports suggest that the PS5 Pro may be launched in late 2024. Many analysts speculate that Sony intends to unveil the PS5 Pro before the expected release of GTA 6 in 2025. While the release date for GTA 6 is not confirmed, it would make sense for Sony to introduce an upgraded version of their current console ahead of the highly anticipated game next year.
